  • Spring Veggie

    TRADITIONAL

    Additional Ingredients Needed:

    • 1 qt vegetable, chicken or beef broth.
    • 1 cup water.
    • 15 oz can tomato sauce.
    • 1 lb cooked ground beef.

    Optional

    • 2 tbsp olive oil

    Cooking Instructions:
    1. Combine 'Spring Veggie' mix, broth, water and tomato souce in pot and bring to a boil.
    2. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 25-30 minutes, stirring occassionally.
    3. Stir in cooked beef and olive oil. Add sald and pepper as needed.

    VEGAN

    Additional Ingredients Needed:

    • 1 qt vegetable broth/stock
    • 1 cup water.
    • 15 oz can tomato sauce.
    • 1 can beans (white or black)

    Optional

    • 2 tbsp olive oil

    Cooking Instructions:
    1. Combine 'Spring Veggie' mix, broth, water and tomato souce in pot and bring to a boil.
    2. Add beans and Reduce heat to low and simmer for 25-30 minutes, stirring occassionally.
    3. Stir in olive oil. Add salt and pepper as needed.

  • Stuffed Pepper & Lentil

    Additional Ingredient Needed:

    • 5 cups vegetable broth/water.
    • 1(28 oz) can diced tomatoes
    • 6 oz tomato paste
    • 1 lb cooked ground beef

    Optional

    • 1 cup cooked rice

    Cooking Instructions:
    1. Combine 'Stuffed Pepper & Lentil' mix, broth/water, diced tomatoes and tomato paste in pot and bring to a boil.
    2. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    3. Stir in cooked beef and cooked rice.

    VEGAN

    Additional Ingredient Needed:

    • 5 cups broth/water.
    • 1(28 oz) can diced tomatoes
    • 6 oz tomato paste
    • 1 cup cooked rice/cauliflower rice

    Optional

    • 1 cup cooked mushrooms or beans

    Cooking Instructions:
    1. Combine 'Stuffed Pepper & Lentil' mix, broth/water, tomatoes and tomato paste in pot and bring to a boil.
    2. If adding beans, do so here. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    3. Stir in cooked rice.

    *If adding mushrooms, we suggest either precooking them like the rice or cutting them and adding to step 1.

  • Coconut Curry

    Additional Ingredient Needed:

    • 1 qt vegetable or chicken broth
    • 1 cup water
    • 1 can coconut milk (14 oz)
    • 1 lb cooked chicken (shredded or cubed) or lamb

    Cooking Instructions:
    1. Combine 'Coconut Curry' mix, broth and water in pot and bring to a boil.
    2. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add coconut milk half way through.
    3. Stir in cooked chicken or lamb.

    VEGAN

    Additional Ingredient Needed:

    • 1 qt vegetable broth

    • 1 can coconut milk (14 oz)
    • 1 can chickpeas

    Cooking Instructions:
    1. Combine 'Coconut Curry' mix, broth and water in pot and bring to a boil.
    2. Add can of chickpeas and Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add coconut milk half way through.

  • Garlic Cabbage & Quinoa

    • 1 lb cooked chicken or turkey (cubed or shredded)

    Optional

    • (2) tbsp olive or avocado oil
      Juice from half lemon

    Cooking Instructions:
    1. Combine 'Garlic Cabbage & Quinoa', broth and water in pot and bring to a boil.
    2. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    3. Stir in cooked chicken or turkey, olive oil and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper as needed.

    VEGAN

    Additional Ingredient Needed:

    • 1 lb beans or tofu

    Optional

    • (2) tbsp olive or avocado oil

  • Sweet Potato Chili

    • 1 can black beans
    • 6 oz tomato paste
    • 1 lb cooked ground beef

    1. Combine 'Sweet Potato Chilli', mix, water tomato paste in pot and bring to a boil.
    2. Reduce heat to medium, add black beans and simmer for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    3. Stir in cooked beef.

    VEGAN

    Additional Ingredient Needed:

    • 4 cup water
    • 1 can black beans

  • Potato Pot Pie

    • 1 quarts vegetable/chicken broth + 2 cups water
    • 2 cups milk
    • 1 lb cooked chicken or preferred protein
    • 4 tbsp butter

    Cooking Instructions:
    1. Combine 'Potato Pot Pie' mix with broth and water in a pot and bring to a boil.
    2. Reduce heat to low/medium and simmer for 25-30 minutes, stirring occassionally. Add milk, cubed tofu and oil/butter halfway
    through the simmer.
    3. Salt and Pepper as needed

    VEGAN

    Additional Ingredients Needed:

    • 1 quart vegetable broth + 2 cups water
    • 2 cups coconut or cashew milk
    • 1 block cubed tofu (12-16 oz)
    • 4 Tbps avocado oil/vegan butter

    Cooking Instructions:
    1. Combine 'Potato Pot Pie' mix with broth and water in a pot and bring to a boil.
    2. Reduce heat to low/medium and simmer for 25-30 minutes, stirring occassionally. Add milk, cubed tofu and oil/butter halfway
    through the simmer.
    3. Salt and Pepper as needed
