I have allergies. Can I actually eat this?

Every blend is gluten free and dairy free, with no preservatives and nothing artificial. The full ingredient list is printed on the bag and you can customize the extra ingredients you add to it, so every pot matches your dietary needs. If you are unsure, message us and we answer any questions you might have.

How many servings does a package make?

Each bag will yield you at least (7) 8oz cups.

Is this just a seasoning packet? What do I have to add?

No. It is the soup itself. You simply add the liquid, the protein and 1 or 2 complimentary ingredients and you get a full pot of soup.

Do these contain a lot of salt?

All of our blends are super low in sodium, with several having no salted added at all. This is a bring your own salt kind of party.

Will it work if I'm not much of a cook?

These are perfect for you. It is three steps: combine, boil, simmer. You'll have people thinking you spent hours in the kitchen.

What does shipping cost?

We ship to nearly every state: free on any bundle, a flat $5 below that.

Where can I find your product?

We ship direct to your door and are at fine art and craft shows throughout the Eastern US, with new markets added every season. Upcoming shows are announced on Facebook and Instagram. We also send our event list to your email list. Come find us and you can try it yourself! And if we are not coming your way, we ship to every state.
